Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Procedure Builder
Generate a printable LOTO isolation procedure.
- Notify affected employees that Air handler 3 will be out of service.
- 1. Isolate 480v disconnect energy. Apply lock and tag.
- 2. Isolate 120v control energy. Apply lock and tag.
- 3. Isolate pneumatic supply energy. Apply lock and tag.
- Release any stored energy (capacitors, springs, hydraulics).
- Verify zero energy by attempting to start Air handler 3 in normal mode.
- Perform work, then reverse steps in order to re-energize.
