Notify affected employees that Air handler 3 will be out of service.
1. Isolate 480v disconnect energy. Apply lock and tag.
2. Isolate 120v control energy. Apply lock and tag.
3. Isolate pneumatic supply energy. Apply lock and tag.
Release any stored energy (capacitors, springs, hydraulics).
Verify zero energy by attempting to start Air handler 3 in normal mode.
Perform work, then reverse steps in order to re-energize.
